Submitted: November 5th, 2017 by Brandon Burgess Our son is a huge fan of Mr. Dance, so he chose to dress up as his favorite fisherman for Halloween this year! His costume was a huge hit, and lots of locals knew immediately who he was. One neighbor even asked to take a photo with 'Bill' to show all his fishing buddies!
