Post Your Catch
Submitted: December 8th, 2009 by Josh Kaneer I caught this Bass in Sterling Price Lake, which is near Salisbury, MO. The lure I caught it on was a black/blue jig with a rattle,the bass weighed about 4-5 pounds. The day I went I thought I would do good using a more faster presntation with lures such as jerkbaits and spinnerbaits. The reason being is that it was early(around 7:00 a.m.) and the temperature was about 70 degrees, it was cloudy and the water suface was active. To my surprise I didn't get any bites on faster paced lures, but as soon as I switched to this jig I caught this bass on my second cast with it. I also caught several other bass about the size of this one, but this is the only one I decided to take a picture of. Please comment on the above photo.
