Submitted: November 9th, 2009 by chris goulart first time fishing for stripers on pax river nas in maryland using a blue and white skitterpop. 31 inches and weighed 10lbs. also caught another 31 1/2 inch striper that weighed 11 lbs. my buddies from work like to call me bill dance jr!
