Submitted: December 19th, 2008 by JUSTIN FRAKES -Well i caught the fish ant lake Clack in walton County Georgia. -I was using a chartreuse 3/8oz. double willow leaf gold blade spinner bait -We weighed the fish it weighed 14lb 2oz it was 28" long -The weather was brutal it was 37 degrees 15-20 mph winds nw and light snow rain mix -I caught the fish off of a floating dock with trolling motor and a diving board -I would like to thank the man Bill Dance!!!
