Happy New Years Everybody!

Have we all made our ’09 resolutions?  Well, I have!  In fact I made several! 

One, if I fish with Roland Martin again this year, like I have for the past 4 years, I’m running the trolling motor. 

2nd, I’m planning on fishin’ at least once a week this year (ha!)

3rd I’m going on that “Subway” diet.  If Jared Fogle can lose 245 pounds in one year eating 6″ turkey subs for lunch and foot long veggie subs for dinner, plus a small bag of baked potato chips with lunch and diet drinks throughout the day, no cheese, no oil or mayo!  Heck, I believe I can do that!  Figure it like this, if I can only do it for 3 months, that’s 81 6/7 pounds.  Oh yeah, he walked 30 minutes everyday and guess what? … I think I can do that too, even if its in my bass boat! (check out KlotzerM@subway.com)..

4th I’m planning on helping our lure sponsor, Pradco, design a few new lures for ’09 that even Jimmy Houston can catch a bass on.

5th I hope to help Hank Parker on his Big Bass techniques.  Surely in ’09 he can catch a 4 pounder and possibly learn that Trilene is a fishing line, not a cough syrup.

6th I promise to continue to make Bill Dance fresh and saltwater shows more entertaining, more educational and better than ever!
