Post Your Catch

Back in July me and my son decided to go wet the lines in a local river. With my son only being four years old we usually only brought one pole so it was easier to keep an eye on him. That day I gave gave him the pole and stood back to watch. I was in for quite the shock. He cast out the lure and as soon as it hit the water you could see the swirl of the fish. He started to reel in and felt the fish so he set the hook. I don't think he was quite ready for was on the end of the line. He fought the bass for about ten minutes before he finally got it close enough to grab. The bass weighed 7Lbs 14ozs. I couldn't be more proud. The only thing I had to do was take the hook out and weigh the fish. What a day. Needless to say I have yet to catch a bass that big but if there was ever anyone who I love to see out fish me it would be him.
