Submitted: July 1st, 2011 by Matt Miller This is my biggest bass caught at Lake Carroll Illinois and was caught on the live target frog. had to be 4 or 5 pounds i think and was 20 inches long. was catching fish all day but not the big ones then changed to live target frog, had i few hits but nothing big. went to another spot casted in the same spot about 40 times then i get a strike, fish on! didnt seem to big untile i saw him shake his head out of the water then i knew this is the one! took 3 pictures and released back to get even bigger!
