Submitted: May 4th, 2014 by Doris Lynn Minteer This is my dad Tommy Q Frederick, he caught the fish (flat-head catfish) at Santee Cooper in South Carolina. It was estimated at 150 lbs because they didn't have a big enough scale to weight it. Took them 2 hrs to bring it in to shore. He caught it in 4 feet of water in December of 06.
