Submitted: February 23rd, 2009 by Richard Landolt 5 lb bass caught Feb 21,2009 about 4 PM on the Dahlonega, Ga. reservoir. Caught on outer edge of grass bank in 9 foot of cold, clear water using a "clown pattern" jerkbait. Was working it along the outer edge slower than slow. Thought I had it in the weeds and when I tried to rip it out, the rod loaded up and the line started cutting for deeper water. This was on the other end. I have hooked several good size bass on this grass bank - see earlier postings from September 2008. Please comment on the above photo.
